Tumbler Care
- Hand wash only using cool water, mild dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge or cloth.
- Do not put in dishwasher.
- Do not put in microwave.
- Do not soak.
- Don't leave your tumbler sitting in hot car.. especially if you live in the South .. we all know summer temps and humidity is ridiculous down here!

Shipping
Please know that each tumbler order has it's own unique processing time.
Sublimated Tumblers ~ 2-4 days.
Glitter Tumblers ~ 7-10 days
Rhinestone Tumblers ~ 2 weeks
Please Note, these times are for processing and do not include shipping. Once processed, each order will ship out with a tracking number for delivery.
Your order may arrive in multiple shipments as we have both custom drinkware and shirts in our inventory. These items may require separate shipping due to the time it takes to create our highly detailed tumblers. But don't worry, there won't be any additional charges for delivery.
Returns
We have a 3 day return policy on Ready To Ship items only, which means you have 3 days from delivery your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, from purchaser. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Unfortunately, no cash back for custom orders, friend! We can't honor that 'cause of our biz. Unless it's our bad.
Oops, we messed up! If we sent the wrong size or totally jacked your order, we'll exchange it. No grudges held! However, in the unfortunate event of a misspelled word sent in with your order or inaccurate phrase on a custom item, we won't be able to offer refunds. So, double-check all the details before sending in your custom request.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Think of glitter as the town gossip, always spreading the latest news! Our mission is to create a glitter-free haven on non-glittery tumblers, but it's quite a challenge. While we can't promise 100% sparkle-free products, we'll definitely give it our best.
